
Core Mobile at Cheyenne Veterans Affairs Medical Center
Core Mobile is deployed at the Cheyenne VA Medical Center in the surgery department to improve workflow efficiency. The facility has 22 beds and serves a patient population of 85,000 registered patients, with 15,000 active patients, and over 100 staff. Core Mobile is being used for automated clinical charting and orders, Real-time location system (RTLS) for patient tracking, and integration with electronic health record (EHR)/electronic medical record (EMR) systems. This allows the facility to streamline their workflow processes, reducing time spent on administrative tasks and allowing staff to spend more time focusing on patient care. The deployment of Core Mobile allows for a more efficient, accurate and streamlined healthcare delivery to the patients and as well as better tracking and management of patient care in the surgery department.
